• No pets are allowed.
• Fire Pit Update: A wood-burning fire pit is available in the yard while we repair the gas-operated one. Guests are responsible for providing their own firewood.
• Wildlife Awareness: The property is in a natural setting, and wildlife encounters may occur. No refunds will be issued for wildlife-related issues. If needed, exterminator services can be arranged during your stay.
• Decorative Fireplace: The indoor fireplace is decorative only and is not operable.
• Lakefront with Seasonal Water Levels: The lake’s water level fluctuates throughout the year. The distance to the lake may increase during drier months, typically between mid-September and May.
• Lawn Maintenance: Lawn care may be performed periodically from now until September. The landscaper will only work outside, and no one needs to be present.
• Deep Water Cove & Dock: The property is situated in a deep cove with a floating dock, ideal for swimming, fishing, or docking a boat. Boats can be launched at nearby ramps. Guests should bring a 250-foot extension cord to charge boat batteries.
• Wi-Fi Access: Reliable Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
• Nearby Camper Rental: A camper near the lake is rented separately and may host other guests during your stay.
• Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.
• Extra garbage pickup can be arranged for an additional fee. Guests are encouraged to contact us directly to coordinate this service.
